Add an account to enable multi-inbox support. Until then, the settings page IMAP/SMTP config is used.

Add First Account
Tip: When at least one account is active, the Settings page IMAP/SMTP config is no longer used for fetching. Each account fetches independently and sent replies use that account's SMTP credentials.
